Could you be our newest Teckronaut?What you’ll Do:<ul><li>Fostering high levels of end user support by live chat/F2F to end users around the globe, being the first line of live support of our end users.</li><li>Oversight of end user queries received by Teckro.</li><li>Oversight of accurate data entry to the Teckro Helpdesk system, reporting and trending analysis training. </li><li>Oversight of End-user support by providing effective resolutions.</li><li>Communicate effectively in written and verbal form with customers and maintenance of accurate records in our system.</li><li>Assist cross functional teams with projects to improve processes across the business.</li><li>Perform data quality review of internal and external reports.</li><li>Review of relevant processes and improvement implementation as appropriate to ensure excellence in delivery.</li><li>Constant communication with the team, delivering appropriate feedback. </li></ul>The Ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>Evidence of effective team communication, coaching and leadership skills.</li><li>Team building skills, able to work with various cultures and backgrounds.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both with a team structure and independently.</li><li>Proven communication skills in a previous client-facing team role.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, projects and reporting to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Driven to succeed, eager to improve every day, and work under pressure to tight deadlines.</li></ul>Qualifications Required:<ul><li>+1 year of Customer Support Experience required. </li><li>Minimum 2.2 degree required in Business, Data Analysis or related discipline. </li><li>Experience/qualification in People Management is a plus. </li><li>Experience in healthcare or clinical research is a plus. </li><li>Fluency in any additional language is a plus (Spanish, Italian, Chinese, or Japanese). </li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office </li></ul>Location and Travel: (Limerick) <ul><li>Hybrid role - Limerick, Ireland, currently this is set to 2-3 days per week onsite.</li><li>We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle </li><li>Note: Regrettably we cannot offer work permit sponsorship for this role to be considered, you must currently be based in Ireland and already hold the necessary legal permissions to work here. </li></ul>Teckro Benefits: <ul><li>25 days holidays </li><li>Pension </li><li>Healthcare </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Share Options </li><li>50% Maternity leave pay after capped length of service </li><li>Paid Paternity leave scheme </li><li>Bike to Work/ Tax Saver Scheme </li><li>Gym/Wellness Allowance </li><li>Sports and Social Club </li></ul>
