EY – Global Financial Services Clients (GFS): Focus exclusively on clients in the financial sector through EY’s dedicated Global Financial Services. This includes area like Banking and Capital Markets, Wealth and Asset Management, Insurance, Fintech & Technology Payments, Aviation Finance and Structured Finance. The team provides essential data, highlights risks, and guides clients through complex capital transactions. Government & Infrastructure: Advising on economic feasibility, policy analysis, and financial and commercial strategy. We provide procurement advisory services for large-scale infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships. 2. Lead Advisory: Offering strategic and financial advice throughout a business's lifecycle, including fundraising, disposals, acquisitions, and succession planning. 3. Transaction Support: Providing both financial and commercial due diligence for clients considering acquiring or selling all or part of a business. 4. Valuations, Modelling, and Economics: Analysing businesses for growth opportunities and helping them gain a competitive edge. 5.
