Deli Assistant
Main purpose of the role: Responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold deli products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. The ideal candidate will have/be: • HACCP training is desirable but not necessary • Excellent communication skills • Previous customer service experience is an advantage • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure • A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers. Fresh Food Manager
Main purpose of the role: Ensure the store`s fresh food departments operate efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times. The ideal candidate will have/be: - 2 years` experience in a Fresh Food Department is desirable - 1 years` experience in a Supervisor/Manager role is desirable • Excellent communication skills • Good delegation skills • An understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets • Passion for fresh food. The ideal candidate will love selling, be efficient, trustworthy, and hardworking with a flair for interiors and a love of homewares being a distinct advantage.
