The Social Worker is a valuable member of the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT), will work as part of a inter-disciplinary team, in line with family centred practice and Progressing Disability Services (PDS) principles. Services are community based providing interventions and supports to children and families in their home, clinic, school and local community. The structure with in each CDNT comprises of a Social Work Team Leader, Senior Practitioner and Basic Grade posts. There will be opportunities for training, regular clinical supervision and ongoing support is provided.
