School Bus Driver
School Bus Driver Required: School bus drivers needed to start in September for school runs during term time only. We are seeking reliable and friendly school minibus drivers to transport students to and from school for a company based in the Saggart area. The role involves morning and afternoon school runs during term time for school runs in Dublin 24, Naas and Blessington areas. Applicants must have full clean D or D1 driving licence and must have completed all modules of drivers CPC and they must be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application. Responsibilities: Safely transport children to and from school. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with children, parents, and school staff Perform daily walk-around checks on the bus. MDT & Patient Pathway Coordinator
Job Purpose: Purpose of the Position The post holder will work as a Patient Pathway and MDT coordinator within the organization. They will work with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that diagnosed patients are actively managed through the service pathway from point of referral, through triage highlighting any potential delays and onwards to MDT, ensuring that all national and local time to assessment and time to treatment targets are met. The post holder will be responsible for the management of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings, ensuring the meetings run effectively and are well-structured, including preparing agendas, recording attendances, ensuring required information is available, collecting data and recording agreed outcomes with the Clinical team. Active participation with the on-going establishment, development and improvement of MDTs which will expand and develop accordingly, as per service requirements.
