Job Title, Grade Code Physiotherapist Senior, Cancer Services (Grade Code: 3158) Location of Post HSE Mid West FSS An Íarthar Láir There is currently one full-time (1.0 WTE) Senior Physiotherapist in Cancer Services post available on a specified purpose contract for six months. The initial base is University Hospital Limerick (UHL). The UHL Physiotherapy Cancer service consists ofacute ward care, survivorship programmes, lymphoedema detection and management, and participation within the wider cancer services multidisciplinary team. A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign, from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled for the HSE Mid West. The Facilities Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and facilities support across the Property Management function, contributing to the effective delivery of services and the achievement of overall business objectives. The Facilities Administrator will support the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of an organisation’s buildings and workspaces. This role manages day‑to‑day facility needs, coordinates maintenance activities, oversees vendors, and ensures employees have a well‑functioning environment that enables productive work. Working as part of the Property team, the successful candidate will ideally have previous office experience within the Construction or Facilities industry and will act as a first point of contact for facilities queries, supporting Practice Managers ensuring a high level of support for the business. Specific Job Details: Key Responsibilities Maintenance Coordination — Schedule, track, and follow up on preventive and reactive maintenance for building systems (electrical, plumbing, cleaning, security, etc.). Facilities Helpdesk — Monitor and respond to employee facility requests, ensuring timely resolution. Budget Support — Assist with tracking facility expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. Vendor & Contractor Management — Liaise with external service providers, obtain quotes, manage work orders, and ensure service-level expectations are met . Health, Safety & Compliance — Support workplace safety initiatives, maintain compliance documentation, and assist with inspections and audits. Management — Coordinate desk moves, meeting room setups, office layouts, and furniture needs. Sustainability & Efficiency — Support initiatives related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental improvements. Required Experience & Skills · 1–2 years’ experience in a construction/facilities environment. · Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment. · High level of computer literacy, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. · Enthusiastic and proactive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships. · Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a team. · Comfortable working to tight deadlines and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Patient Coordinator
We are looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to carry out administrative duties and to provide a professional and friendly atmosphere for our patients in our Wexford clinic opening July/August. Understanding the importance of thorough follow up communications and delivering on set targets. This role will require communication across various social channels, email and over the phone and flexibility. Part time and full time roles opened. Evenings and Weekends. Key Responsibilities : Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, assisting patients with all queries via phone, messages and emails and back filling any cancellation with our patient priority list. Patient Communication: Calls, maintenance of messages and email inboxes. Delivery of 5 star Customer Service: Welcoming patients, checking in , ensuring patients have a comfortable, safe and enjoyable visit and assisting them in checking-out. Listening to patients with concerns and assisting them in resolving them. Team Support: The clinic always strives to ensure that team member absence is covered and there is flexibility with annual leave so on occasion you may be asked to cover an alternative location, expenses are covered such as travel and accommodation where necessary. Ordering: Ensuring your clinic is kept clean and is well stocked including completion of stocktaker's and provision of order requirements to your manager. Policies: Upholding and adhering to all policies and procedures including all implemented safety measures around health wearing of PPE, team relations and GDPR. AD-HOC: All duties around the opening and closing of your clinic . Completion of all reasonable tasks that are assigned. Skills/Attributes: Positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude. Reliable and trustworthy Passion for helping and connecting with people to build trust and a good rapport. Ability to plan and manage time effectively and a drive to reach targets and goals.
