RETAIL BAKERY ASSISTANT | €13.70 per hour We are looking for a Retail Bakery Assistant with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our busy Bakery team within the Parc Market. In this role, you will welcome guests in a positive, friendly manner and ensure that they are served quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Other responsibilities will include baking morning goods and hot foods and ensuring all work areas are kept clean and tidy. Previous experience of working within a retail environment would be beneficial, however full training will be provided. This is a busy department, so the ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure will be required. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday. Watersports Team Member
