We are currently seeking highly-motivated Senior Grade Speech & Language Therapists to join our team in Enable Ireland Wicklow Children’s Services Contract Type: Permanent and Specified Purposes Contract Hours: Part time and Full time (35hrs) Location: Wicklow Salary Scale: WTE €53,388 - €63,198 pro rata per annum Overview of the Post: To work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing supports to children aged 0 -18 years and families within the region. The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a speech and language therapy service to include assessment diagnostics and intervention to children with a range of disabilities, clinical supervision and participate in ongoing service delivery. The post holder will be required to work across a variety of settings including the Centre, preschools, schools, special schools, children’s homes and community settings. Overview of Duties & Responsibilities: Outlined in Job Description. The successful candidate will have Essential Criteria: · Be registered, or be eligible for registration, as a Speech & Language Therapist by the Speech & Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU. AND · Have 3 years’ full time (or an aggregate of 3 years’ full time) post qualification clinical experience. AND · Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office. AND · Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Speech & Language Therapist Register maintained by the Speech & Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued. Annual registration · On appointment, practitioners must maintain annual registration on the Speech & Language Therapists Register maintained by the Speech & Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU. AND · Practitioners must confirm annual registration with CORU to Enable Ireland. Desirable Criteria: · Experience of interdisciplinary team working. · Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children with disabilities. · Experience working with children with Eating, Drinking and Swallowing difficulties. · Experience working with Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC). Shop Floor Assistant
Main purpose of the role: Merchandise, rotate and face off all stock in assigned department while maintaining hygiene and food standards. The ideal candidate will have/be: • Excellent communication skills; • Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible; • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team; Main duties: • Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based; • Process orders for various departments; • Merchandise and present the entire store to the highest standard at all times; • Liaise with the Store Manager on changes to layouts, ends and sides and ensure changes are correctly implemented; • Implement correct labelling and stock rotation procedures; • Ensure deliveries are checked off in line with goods inwards procedures. • Keep the back-store tidy and packed away.
