You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to co-create rehabilitation plans that reflect each person’s unique journey. Your ability to carry out holistic assessments, develop tailored interventions, and offer practical solutions — from equipment advice to skill-building strategies — will be central to your success in this role.
