The Successful Candidate: · Must have a passion for retail and thrive on customer interaction. · Will be positive and motivated. · Will be an excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. · Will be reliable and a good timekeeper. Permanent Part Time (50 Hours Per Fortnight) We are seeking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic, creative and energetic Support Worker to support individuals with an intellectual disability to realise their vision for a ‘good life’. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting individuals to develop valued social roles and also have experience in supporting individuals with communication needs and those who may display behaviours of concern and will have experience of person centred planning and knowledge of person directed and individualised support approaches.
