We are on a journey of transformation and change towards person led, rights based, individualised supports within communities right across Cork city and County. The Regional Manager – Person Centred Services and Supports (PCSS) will be responsible for supporting this work within a complex and developing environment. S/he will support the achievement of Horizon’s vision of providing truly person- centred and inclusive supports and services.
