Resource Co-ordinator
MAIN DUTIES · Develop and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage across all operational areas, including front-of-house, events, school and group visits, and special programming. · Coordinate staffing for seasonal activities, birthday parties, W5 Late events, and corporate bookings in collaboration with relevant departments. · Monitor and adjust schedules in response to changes in visitor numbers, staff availability, and operational priorities. · Maintain and optimise use of the NTD scheduling system or equivalent software to track availability, shifts, and resource allocation. · Liaise with the Operations Manager, Visitor Experience Manager, and other team leads to forecast staffing needs and plan accordingly. · Maintain accurate records of staff hours, absences, and shift changes for payroll and compliance purposes. · Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and employment regulations in all scheduling practices. · Provide administrative support for staff communications, rota distribution, and shift change notifications. · Support the delivery of consistent and high-quality visitor experience by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. · Perform administrative duties as required such as the creation of purchase orders, CRM inquiries, gift cards, birthday party scheduling and assistance with school and group booking inquires. · Training opportunities [Some T&Cs and qualifying periods may apply]
Cleaning Operative
Hours: 7.5 hours (Mon-Fri, mornings) As a Cleaning Operative, you’ll be instrumental in creating a welcoming, hygienic environment, which will help to deliver exceptional results for our clients. As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you will be responsible to provide a clean, comfortable and safe environment which helps shape those vital first impressions and speaks volumes about the organisation. Key Responsibilities include: Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently Emptying and disposing of bin waste Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies. Previous experience as Cleaner is not mandatory as full training on all aspects of the role would be provided. Dental Nurse
We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Part-Time Dental Nurse to be part of our family run group of Practices and to join our team in Lurgan, on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity. The successful applicant will work 16 hours per week from 8:30-5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thurdays. Duties will include assisting the dentist, sterilising dental equipment, keeping the surgery clean and occasional reception duties. Promoting high standards of patient care at all times is vital.
