He/she will support the development of structures within RHM to deliver on the strategic as well as day-to-day operation function within each service and directorate as applicable. The primary purpose of the Operation and Clinical Services Manager is to provide strong strategic, professional and managerial leadership for all aspects of the health service operation for RHM. The Operations and Clinical Services Manager will focus on planning, developing and implementing RHM operational strategy and monitoring and managing operational performance. The Operations and Clinical Services Manager also had lead responsibility for the Clinical Services including HSCP services in the hospital. The Operations and Clinical Services Manager will work as part of the hospital executive with professional accountability for the effective and efficient delivery of operational and clinical support services in enablement of Clinical Directorates and broader corporate structures. The post holder will be accountable for the clinical and operational competence of all staff under their authority. The scope of the operations function includes: Health A candidate for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service. Character Each candidate for and any person holding the office must be of good character. Post Specific Requirements ·A relevant qualification, with a minimum of a primary degree, ideally in a healthcare or clinical field. A master’s degree in a healthcare-related area is desirable.

BROTHERS OF CHARITY SERVICES IRELAND LIMERICK REGION Applications are invited for the following position: Principal Psychologist Specialist Paediatric Neurodisability Permanent Part-Time Contract (0.5 WTE) Location: The post will be based in the Mid-West community healthcare region. A base will be indicated at job offer stage. Candidates must at the latest date of application: 1. Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc. a) Hold: A recognised University degree or diploma (QQI level 8 equivalent) obtained with first- or second-class honours in which psychology was taken as a major subject and honours obtained in that subject. And (i) Have an Irish post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland in Clinical, Counselling or Educational Psychology. Or (iii) A recognised postgraduate professional psychological qualification equivalent from another jurisdiction validated by the Department of Health. and b) Have at least eight years satisfactory post graduate experience in the area of professional psychology in which the position is designated inclusive of any time spent in pursuing a course leading to the postgraduate qualification and including at least three years satisfactory experience in a senior capacity. and c) Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office. SUPPORT WORKERS Ref: 13/2025 Residential Services (Adults & Children) Permanent Relief hours up to 78 hours per fortnight Locations: Cork city, suburbs, Bandon, Innishannon and Fermoy areas The Role Support Workers provide a key supportive role for individuals supported by the Service. This role comprises of two main elements. Firstly the Support Worker is responsible for all aspects of personal care required during the day. This includes supporting individuals with their meals, personal hygiene and other related aspects of physical well-being, to the extent required by the individual.
