Step into a role as a Supervisor where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same. Ideally you should have experience working as a supervisor in a similar environment although we will consider other relevant experience to this role too!
