Breakfast Assistant - 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide Under the management of FBD Hotels & Resorts, the 4-star Grand Hotel Malahide is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Breakfast Assistant to join our Restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 3-star or 4-star hotel environment. A strong focus on guest service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a proven ability to support, motivate, and work effectively as part of a team. Please note: This position requires early morning starts , so flexibility and reliability are essential.
