The role of the Quality Assurance Assistant is to work closely with the Quality team & production in maintaining Quality Control / HACCP procedures on a daily basis. The role will involve testing and examining all produce to ensure the highest standard of quality is achieved for all customers. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Assurance Assistant will work in a team ensuring that the packing centre maintains its high levels of quality control and food safety. This person will support the implementation of 3rd party and customer standards ensuring all requirements are met. The successful candidate will support audits and compliance projects.
