The IT Technical Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality ICT support services primarily within their designated campus, ensuring that students and staff receive a responsive, reliable and secure IT service. The postholder will have responsibility for assigned elements of the College’s IT services on a cross-campus basis, working under the direction of senior staff within Operations, Systems, Network Infrastructure and Security.
