As part of this transformation, you’ll be contributing to the future of the world’s largest global logistics company.Join our team as an Infab Warehouse Operative! Are you ready to play a key role in managing logistics operations within a customer cleanroom environment? We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team in Leixlip. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and inventory management, directly supporting the customer’s facility. Location: Leixlip, Co. Kildare Hours: 4on 4off, Days and Nights Rotating.What Will You Be Doing? <ul><li>Receive and track deliveries from offsite warehousing, ensuring 100% accountability and maintaining inventory accuracy. </li><li>Efficiently control customer dock activities, supporting material handling and ensuring smooth operations. </li><li>Facilitate the return of materials from the customer site to the offsite warehouse, ensuring proper packing, labelling, and documentation.</li><li>Maintain clean and organized dock, elevator, vestibule, and laydown areas in line with customer standards. </li><li>Adhere to strict health and safety practices, including wearing PPE and participating in operational safety programs. </li><li>Follow all quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with SOPs and customer expectations. </li><li>Assist with inventory tasks, including cycle-counting and resolving delivery discrepancies to reduce delays.</li></ul>About You <ul><li>Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Effective communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Flexible and adaptable, with a strong team-oriented mindset. </li><li>Proficient in using inventory management systems and tools. </li></ul>What we Offer Pension Career paths and development opportunities Annual Leave
