PERSON CENTRED WING LAOIS SERVICES (Abbeyleix) SUPPORT WORKER Permanent Part Time (30 Hours Per Fortnight) The focus of this role will be to support an individual to realise their vision to leading a good life through Person Centred approaches in line with personal interests, skills, will and preference. We are seeking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic, creative and energetic Support Worker to support individuals with an intellectual disability to realise their vision for a ‘good life’. The focus of the role will be to lead initiatives in supporting the individuals to live a life of their choosing and what matters most to them. The role will support the individuals to become connected and valued within their local community, to provide opportunities for new experiences and to assist each person in developing real and authentic relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting individuals to develop valued social roles and also have experience in supporting individuals with communication needs and those who may display behaviours of concern and will have experience of person centred planning and knowledge of person directed and individualised support approaches. Bar Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our unique 5-star luxury environment. This is a permanent role, 5 days over 7 days. In conjunction with the senior F&B Leaders, this position has responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of our beverage service in both our bar and lounge areas throughout the hotel. Our Guest Experience is of the utmost importance at Ballyfin and as such exceptional Customer Service is a must. We are looking for a hardworking individual who has previous experience working in a Michelin-star restaurant. The successful candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional customer service and teamwork. This is a full-time, permanent position, 5 days over 7 days, Monday to Sunday. We are looking for Full-time individuals to join our breakfast / lunch team at Ballyfin. This position will be working 5 days over 7 days, from approximately 7am to 3/4pm. What we are looking for: As a Food and Beverage Assistant, we expect you to be passionate about the service you provide to our guests and have a geniune interest in customer service, food and drinks. In your role, we will provide you with excellent training to allow you to be confident in what you do and also have the confidence to communicate with our guests. We are looking for people with the right attitude and commitment to the job. A comprehensive induction program and ongoing training will be provided. Having experience in a luxurious establishment is not essential but is an advantage.
