Annual Leave Entitlement : 34 days per annum. Overview of the Post: To work as a senior member of the interdisciplinary team providing services to children and families within the region. The post holder will lead and be responsible for the provision of a Social Work support to an assigned caseload which may include children and their families on the community team and/or an assigned special school team. This will include assessment and intervention, clinical and performance supervision and ongoing service delivery to children with a range of disabilities attending our service, and their families. The duties of this post will combine direct intervention with children and families with provision of support and supervision to social workers and link workers. Services are provided to children aged 0 – 18 years with physical, sensory, and/or learning disabilities, and/or developmental delay. Must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability, professional and managerial ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office. AND iv.
