Main Purpose of Job: We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive within the Telephone Booking office in Volkswagen Sligo on a full-time capacity, Monday to Thursday 9-5.30pm and Friday 9-5pm. This role is based in a small Call Centre Environment. The role: The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the Telephone Booking Office, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. Main Purpose of Job: We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join the Connolly Motor Group, within the Service team at Collooney Sligo. The role: The successful candidate will be required to welcome customers to the Service department. Carry out customer follow ups to develop and maintain positive relationships. You will be required to organise service department bookings in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure utilisation of the workshop in line with dealer guidelines.
