This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company. Working Pattern:<ul><li>39 hours per week</li><li>Generally, Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be required for occasional weekends/evenings.</li><li>Manage own diary </li></ul>Rewards:<ul><li>£34,000 + £2,000 car allowance</li><li>25 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays.</li><li>Health and Wellbeing Program inclusive of Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Development Opportunities</li></ul>The Role:<ul><li>To manage and control the services (catering, cleaning, ground waste management) for the client to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.</li><li>To lead the operating areas and the teams to ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators.</li><li>Motivate and lead high performing teams to achieve their objectives.</li><li>To proactively manage services across the sites, providing support and guidance to teams ensuring a high level of services provided to the client.</li><li>In conjunction with the relevant departments work towards the continuous development and implementation of service standards, styles and products within your patch and part of the wider catering service line.</li><li>Ability to engage a wide range of personalities and take people with you through belief and energy.</li><li>Strong on your ability to plan, organise and prioritise across a large stakeholder group.</li><li>Coordination of the refilling, unpacking, and sorting of stock.</li><li>Maintain the presentation and housekeeping standards.</li><li>To ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction.</li><li>Valid driving licence</li></ul>The Person:<ul><li>Attention to detail in all aspects of work.</li><li>Leads by example and lives our values.</li><li>Enthusiastic about our customer service and reputation</li><li>Flexible and positive with a Can-Do attitude</li><li>Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis. Duties Include:<ul><li>Assist in preparation of prescriptions and delivery of professional services</li><li>Assist Pharmacist in providing an efficient, accurate and safe dispensing service in store, ensuring patient confidentiality</li><li>Assist Pharmacist with other dispensary related tasks e.g. orders, date checks, receiving prescriptions etc.</li><li>Assist on the medicines counter when required</li><li>Delivery and collection of prescriptions when required</li><li>Stock maintenance</li><li>Retail duties</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service</li><li>Maintain professional standards of dress and grooming</li><li>General Housekeeping</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul>Essential Requirements: <ul><li>Have an interest in Pharmacy and Dispensing</li><li>Be hard working and enthusiastic</li><li>Demonstrate exceptional customer service</li><li>Demonstrate exceptional communication skills</li><li>Have the ability to work as part of a team</li><li>Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Flexible to work in local Gordons Chemist branches</li><li>Eligibility to work in UK</li></ul>Desirable Requirements: <ul><li>Previous relevant dispensary experience</li><li>Good understanding of professional services</li><li>Previous relevant experience in a similar environment</li><li>NPA Interact qualification or equivalent recognised qualification</li><li>NPA Dispensary Assistants qualification or equivalent recognised qualification or be willing to complete this qualification.</li><li>Full, UK driving license and have own vehicle. </li></ul>
