To qualify you should be an experienced people manager and passionate about encouraging people to deliver their best. You need to be curious about learning new ways of managing areas of our business that you might not be familiar with, such as our Grooming Studio, and ready to be a hands on leader on the sales floor. This is a full time role and as it's retail we trade weekends so you will be expected to be here at least one weekend day per week. Some (but definitely not all) of the key responsibilities include;

To qualify you should be an experienced people manager and passionate about encouraging people to deliver their best. You need to be curious about learning new ways of managing areas of our business that you might not be familiar with, such as our Grooming Studio, and ready to be a hands on leader on the sales floor. If you have actual experience in a grooming studio, either as a groomer or groomers assistant but have made the leap to management we would be particularly interesting in talking to you. This is a full time role and as it's retail we trade weekends so you will be expected to be here at least one weekend day per week. Some (but definitely not all) of the key responsibilities include; While retail management experience is essential in this role, we will happily teach you all you need to know about pet and product side of the business. You will also attend regular meetings with your fellow managers where we will update you as to what is new to the business.
