Credit Manager We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Manager to Manage the Company’s credit function. This will involve making credit line decisions and acting as direct line manager for the credit team where using a professional and proactive attitude, you will provide your team with clear and concise guidance and support, encouraging productivity and ensuring that targets and deadlines are met. You will also produce and analyse complex debt ledgers and identify key issues requiring strong analytical and numerical skills. You will work closely with front of office departments including sales and pricing teams. An ability to build strong working relationships is a must. Support Group Development Manager
The Role To coordinate, support, and strategically develop and grow Northern Ireland Hospice Support Groups as part of our community fundraising efforts. This role is vital in ensuring sustainable income, enhancing support group engagement, and delivering the support group development programme. The post holder will also develop strong relationships with communities, individuals, and groups, acting as an ambassador to raise awareness and maximise support for Northern Ireland Hospice. Driver Support Assistant
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Student Transport Drive a specially adapted college bus to transport students between home and college, between college sites, and to educational visits as required. Assist students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or restricted mobility in accessing the college bus safely. Classroom Support Provide in-class support for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Support tutors with classroom activities and administrative duties. Prepare and organise both electronic and traditional learning materials in collaboration with tutors. Assist students in using specialist equipment to support their learning where appropriate. Help students organise and manage classroom tasks within the scope of their qualifications. Supervise students in the classroom when a lecturer is absent, as directed. Personal Care Support Support students with personal care and hygiene needs. Supervise students during break and lunch periods, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Ensure students receive appropriate levels of attention and supervision throughout the day. Supervision and Student Welfare Provide early morning supervision for students arriving before class begins. Accompany students to the canteen and across campuses as required. Provide break and lunchtime supervision to ensure student safety. Provide supervision within classrooms under tutor direction. The Purpose of This Role: The CSSD Operative will assist in the production of sterilised medical devices within the hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, disinfection, packing and autoclaving of instruments using mechanical and manual methods thus ensuring that a high-quality service is maintained. Role Responsibilities of the post include, and are not limited to: • Collecting used and dirty items/sets as required. • Cleaning, decontamination, washer/disinfector, and inspection of instruments • Inspection and function testing of devices, to check and inspects all used instruments and other materials returned from theatres, wards and clinics ensuring that all are identified according to name, type, functions and size. • Any discrepancies or faults to be reported immediately. • Packaging, correct labelling and sterilising of instruments. • Packing/ making up of requisite sets / packs for theatres, wards, and departments. • Cleaning of trolleys and storage shelves, the steam auto clave, and all other equipment in the department. • Assist in keeping all floor areas clean and tidy. • Attend to spillages in CSSD/Theatres/Endoscopy. • Assist in the disposal of waste according to hospital policy. • Ensure the segregation of clinical and non-clinical waste according to Hospital policy. • Report broken or unsafe items which need repair. • Stocking shelves of the required supplies. • Check and replace all sharp bins as necessary. • Maintenance of records where appropriate in line with Hospital policy. • Handling and storage of material components. • Compliance with Health & Safety polices & procedures and observance of requirements for personal hygiene and Hospital Infection Control. • You will be required to assist as required in the following areas: - Endoscopy - Theatre If you're a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a commitment to high standards in sterile services, we’d love to hear from you!
