Customer Service Representative
Our Paving & Walling and KPRO businesses are high-performance and profitable business units supporting both our Irish and UK-based customers. With best-in-class expertise and experience, underpinned by our technologically advanced facilities, we manufacture and retail a complete range of premium paving, walling, render and mortar products. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure our customers receive the highest quality of service. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of our product line. Responsibilities: · Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. · Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency. · Provide detailed information about our building materials, including product specifications, availability, and pricing. · Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. · Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. · Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of customer orders. · Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. · Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved. Skills Required: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. · Proficiency in using customer service software and databases. · Familiarity with building materials and the construction industry is a plus. · Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. · High level of attention to detail and accuracy. · Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Process Technician
The Process Technician will be deployed to production and other site activities as and when required. Manufactures product in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner, whilst ensuring manual and electronic records and documentation is completed accurately and contemporaneously. All activities must comply with EHS and quality regulations and adhere to all site and operations procedures. Steam Tunnel Chargehand
Shift Pattern rotating biweekly 12HR Shifts consisting of day/night work The shifts are 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. The shift cycle would be as follows: Week 1 – In Monday and Tuesday, Off Wednesday, and Thursday and In Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Week 2- Off Monday and Tuesday, In Wednesday and Thursday and Off Friday, Saturday and Sunday. C&D Reserves the right to change working patterns depending on business requirements REPORTING TO : PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR This role reports to the production supervisor. The role is a working role to manage a specific area within production (Steam Tunnel area).
