Customer Advisor
The Council may retain a list of successful reserve candidates arising from this recruitment for any vacancies which may arise that are of the same grade and involve similar duties. Location : Holland & Barrett - Unit 12a, Broughton shopping park, Chester Rd, Bretton, Chester CH4 0DP. Contract Offered : Full-time, permanent Working Hours / Shifts : 8.40am to 5.40pm, alternating weekly between a Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern. These shifts are subject to change. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manager various software systems and daily tasks. Essential criteria: • Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training. • Confident using IT programmes. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month. • Excellent communication skills. • Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. Desirable: • Experience in a private healthcare setting. • Experience in customer service. • 2 years experience in Phlebotomy. • Sales / Retail experience. • Valid UK driving licence.
