Purpose of the Post The overall objective of this post is to assist the Principal Medical Officer in carrying out the community medical services function within a designated integrated services area. The Senior Medical Officer working in the Department of Community Health will carry out the range of duties allocated by the Principal Medical Officer within a designated Care Group at Community Care level.
