Working as part of a dedicated field service team, you’ll have accountability of the Costa Express equipment in your region, carrying out a range of repair and preventative maintenance work. Some of the key responsibilities include: · Attend sites within an agreed SLA & complete Brand Standards checks. · Diagnose faults, repair, or replace equipment to Brand guidelines. · Follow all documented processes to optimize machine reliability. · Effective communication of issues, problems, or solutions through escalation points. · Adherence to Warranty and Returns procedures. · Demonstrate first class customer service, driving warmth and loyalty in our partnerships. · Working 1/4 weekends on a rotational basis [Only ever working 5 days per week] A bit about you… To succeed with us here at Kashmiri Foods Ireland Ltd / Costa Express, it is important that you embrace our values and enjoy working with diverse and committed colleagues. This team ensures minimal downtime and high productivity through reactive and preventative maintenance, condition monitoring, and continuous improvement. They manage a range of equipment, from new Filling and Capping machines to older systems, using fault-finding skills to resolve issues quickly and identify root causes. They also support new equipment installations, including validation, and contribute to improvement projects. Additionally, they manage critical spares and stock. Location: Crumlin and Antrim, Northern Ireland. Occasional cover for our other sites in NI and ROI. Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week over 4 days, alternating Monday to Thursday and Tuesday to Friday, from 7am-5:40pm, including lunch. The SeatTech Technician uses their knowledge & understanding working in partnership with experienced clinical & technical staff in the delivery of custom seating assessment, fitting, and equipment-handover appointments. While these colleagues share some duties in this process, the clinician carries responsibility for the clinical suitability of the seating solutions while the technician carries responsibility for their manufacture & technical integrity. The SeatTech Technician operates in an efficient and proactive manner to ensure that agreed deadlines are met, and that high-quality SeatTech products are delivered in a timely manner. Duties: The role of the SeatTech Technician is to provide a high level of technical expertise, undertaking relevant and necessary tasks to ensure that people receive the most appropriate equipment in the most efficient manner. This work needs to be undertaken in a systematic fashion and progress proactively communicated to relevant parties. While product manufacture will take up a large proportion of a SeatTech Technician’s time, their role is diverse, and s/he plays a critical role in the smooth running of many aspects of the special seating service.
