Senior Occupational Therapist (General Medicine Surgery/Frailty) Naas General Hospital There is currently one permanent whole-time vacancy available in the Occupational Therapy Department in Naas General Hospital covering the General Medicine and Surgical wards including ICU. Qualifications and skills Education & Training: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience working in creative design. • 1+ years managing a creative team. • Proven ability to work with advertising agencies, effectively communicating goals, deadlines, and project requirements to ensure seamless execution by the internal team. • Strong communication and attention to detail. • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously • Demonstrated experience in strategic and brand-aligned design. • Fluency in both digital and traditional marketing media/channels. • Ability to present business recommendations and provide rationale. • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud CC and project management systems (Workfront, Monday.com, Jira, or Asana) • Self-motivation and ability to pivot as a team player. • Familiarity with contract management and creative agreements.
