Role Summary:We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Knife Operatives to join our processing team. We have opportunities across a range of positions including Boners, Trimmers, and General Knife Operators.Role Description:The successful candidates will work as part of the factory processing team producing meat to fulfil production targets on a daily and weekly basis. ResponsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will be required to work in all areas of the factory where you will be required to:<ul><li>Perform precision knife work in assigned area (boning, trimming, cutting, etc.).</li><li>Work to production targets while maintaining a strong focus on quality and yield.</li><li>Follow all company food safety, hygiene, and health &amp; safety procedures.</li><li>Handle and maintain knives safely, ensuring blades are kept sharp and in good working condition.</li><li>Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure production runs smoothly.</li><li>Adapt to different roles or stations as required based on operational needs.</li></ul>QualificationsSuccessful candidates will be required to have: <ul><li>Previous experience in a knife operative role (boner, trimmer, cutter, or similar) is essential.</li><li>Strong knife skills with the ability to work efficiently and safely.</li><li>Good understanding of food safety standards within a processing environment.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.</li></ul>
