The successful applicant will join a multi-disciplinary team and play an active role in providing an exceptional service to clients. This role will be responsible for ensuring customer they have an excellent experience while in the clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients, ensuring they feel comfortable at all times. The applicant should also be willing to travel to client sites, either corporate or third parties (e.g., GP surgeries) to take samples. Excellent interpersonal skills will be a necessary requirement. For this position, as you may be in contact with live blood samples, you must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage. Role: Technical Officer - Property & Energy Management Location: Tullamore, Co. Offaly (Hybrid working may be available after 12 weeks of employment) Tenure: Permanent (Full-time) The Technical Officer works as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Properties and Facilities Department. Reporting to the Head of Properties and Facilities the Technical Officer provides technical services including the preparation of drawings, surveying of new and existing property stock, the inspection of active construction sites, inspection of existing property stock, ensuring compliance with building regulations and undertakes the role of Energy Performance Officer for the organization.
