WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Director to join our Strategy Team. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a high impact position playing a pivotal role in helping shape and deliver our strategic direction and achieve measurable benefits for InterTradeIreland, as well as the businesses and stakeholders we engage with. The successful candidate will support the Strategy Director in overseeing the management of our research, insights and policy development activity. The role will require working closely with colleagues across the organisation and with external stakeholders and partners to provide research and policy insights to inform and support strategy development, identify opportunities to accelerate enterprise growth and deliver shared economic policy priorities through joined-up thinking and all-island collaboration. Through significant stakeholder engagement you will be responsible for enhancing InterTradeIreland’s reputation, credibility and strategic positioning within the wider economic support ecosystem across the island. What do software testers in the Engineering team do? Working as part of a team of software testers, you will gain an understanding of how each Randox analyser works by operating them in accordance with user and software specifications. Using this knowledge, you will develop and execute tests to ensure the analyser software performs correctly to specification under normal, abnormal and failure induced operating conditions. You will participate in multi-disciplinary meetings with software developers, hardware engineers, scientists, and project managers to ensure the software test suite is appropriate and complete to the high-quality standards necessary for certification of medical device software. You will also test standalone software applications related to analysers. Software testing may involve both manual testing and automated testing methods. Essential criteria: • Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training. • Confident using IT programmes. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Exemplary customer service skills and experience. • Ability to manage existing clientele and generate new clientele at the same time. • Valid UK driving license Desirable: • Experience in a private healthcare setting. • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages. • Confidence and experience working internal / external events. • Sales / Retail experience.

FMEA/BOM etc. • Conduct, review and revise FMEA for equipment designs. • Contribute to risk/hazard analysis for products under development and released. • Produce report on status of projects/design to senior management. • Contributing to design change of new and existing products. • Ensure all systems are designed to high quality to meet compliance and regulatory standard.
