This role is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of several Randox Health clinics within the region. The Role: The Team Manager will provide leadership and direction for the team, actively coordinating the team to ensure the development of person-centred services as agreed on the Service Plan for each Service Area. The Team Manager will work with and support the residential staff teams and be responsible for the overall operational management of the residential service with Person in Charge responsibilities as part of the role. The Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the service meets the HIQA regulations and regulations as laid out in the Health Act 2007.
