Purpose of the Post The post holder will be required to work both as a member of a team and at times alone, in an oversight capacity with service setting providers; and alongside community network staff, mental health and acute colleagues in an advice and consultation role. They will also hold a caseload of complex community safeguarding cases short-term, within a defined geographic / network area. The post holder will deliver the HSE’s Social Care Division’s commitment to promoting the protection, welfare and safeguarding of vulnerable persons from abuse under the current policy.
