After three years on the maximum point, a Long Service Increment applies bringing the annual salary to €68,372 gross basic per annum. After a further three years another Long Service Increment applies bring the annual salary to the maximum of €70,734 gross per annum. Probation: A probationary period of nine months from the date of appointment applies to the post. The employment may be terminated at any time during the probationary period should the employer find that the appointee is unsuitable to continue employment. Clinical Flow & Capacity Lead – Permanent, Full-time The Clinical Flow and Capacity Lead provides operational leadership for patient flow, bed utilisation, admissions coordination and clinical liaison processes across the hospital. The role is responsible for supporting safe, timely and efficient patient access through proactive management of inpatient capacity, operational escalation, multidisciplinary coordination and discharge planning processes. The post holder acts as a central operational coordination point between clinical teams, admissions, referrers and hospital leadership, supporting real-time decision-making during periods of surge demand, capacity pressure and operational escalation. Working closely with Nursing, Clinical Leadership, Operations, Admissions, and Communications, the role contributes to improved bed utilisation, strengthened referrer relationships, clearer access pathways, better referral intelligence and appropriate occupancy growth.
