OTs working in the service will be initially closely supervised and dependent on the individual therapists measured ability and experience to date. Occupational Therapists are considered as key members of the multidisciplinary team and are included in evidence based CPD opportunities and detailed complex case discussions. They contribute to and lead out on service development initiatives both within their teams and in the OT department. The OT will be supported and guided by an experienced OT manager who will provide supervision. Senior therapists will also provide supervision to staff grade therapists.
