This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manager various software systems and daily tasks. Essential criteria: • Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.  • Confident using IT programmes. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Exemplary customer service skills and experience. • Ability to manage existing clientele and generate new clientele at the same time. • Valid UK driving license  Desirable: • Experience in a private healthcare setting. • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages. • Confidence and experience working internal / external events. • Sales / Retail experience.
