You will lead, support, and deliver insight-driven decision support and predictive analytics across the organisation, partnering with key business areas to meet bank goals. You will lead scalable insight delivery by empowering business users through self-service analytics tools, reusable data assets, and guided support structures. Your role involves leading the delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that provide real-time insights into customer behaviours, market trends, and operational efficiency, as well as Advanced Analytics solutions that drive business outcomes. You will lead managers who report to you in leveraging BI, advanced analytics, machine learning, data science, and AI to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation. This role will play a crucial role in the Data & Analytics strategy set out by the bank to inform the product vision and roadmap for analytics products. You will be responsible for building a high performing team of Analytics managers, Data Science managers, Data analysts and Data scientists who exceed the expectations of the business stakeholders by applying best practices, ethics, and compliance standards. Your Team: You will lead the Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics teams within the ¿Engage¿ pillar of the CDAO function with key responsibility for teams and capabilities across Business intelligence, Strategic insights, Predictive modelling, Analytics Governance, and Analytics enablement. This team leads efforts in creating a data-driven culture at PTSB, ensuring that data is accessible, understandable, and actionable for all employees. You will report into the Head of Business Partnering & Advanced Analytics and lead a team of c. 26 people as well as external partners as required. Your Responsibilities: Functional Strategy & Delivery Requirements: Essential ¿ ¿ Minimum of 8+ years¿ experience and demonstrable track record of achievement in Data & Analytics, or a relevant area, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role. ¿ Relevant 3rd Level qualification (Degree, Masters) in a related field (IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics). ¿ Proven track record of achievement in Data Analytics / Data Science or a relevant area, with experience in a leadership/management role. ¿ Leadership experience with data visualisation, reporting, business intelligence, UI/UX design. ¿ Experience in leading teams of data scientists in AI, ML and modelling delivery. ¿ Extensive knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight, SAS Viya). ¿ Extensive knowledge of advanced analytical methods, with a focus on prescriptive, predictive, statistical modelling and AI literacy. ¿ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ¿ Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade senior decision makers using complex data insights. ¿ Knowledge of the relevant regulatory obligations as they apply to the role e.g. - GDPR, Data Protection Act - EU AI Act

Assistant Manager
Overall Purpose of the Post: To maximise sales and profit and manage the shop in a commercial manner. Duties: • Assist in the management and development of the shop in the context of an agreed work plan and agreed financial targets • Assist in training and supervision of shop staff, both paid and voluntary. • Assist in the management, motivation, delegation and organisation of staff • Assist and support other Enable Ireland shops if and when required. • Source high quality stock • Ensure there are adequate staffing levels in the shop at all times • Ensure the appearance of the shop internally and externally is attractive to customers and in line with brand standards • Assist in stock merchandising, its security and its preparation for sale and display • Assist in maintaining accurate management and information systems. • Ensure the shop is stocked with adequate information and leaflets on Enable Ireland services, staff are briefed accordingly. • Deal appropriately and sensitively with queries about Enable Ireland services • Assist in full implementation of Enable Ireland Health & Safety policy in the shop. • Be vigilant and comply with any Health & Safety and Welfare risks in the workplace and bring any concerns to the attention of your line manager. • Assist in participating in the efficient flow of information within the organisation by sharing and seeking information as appropriate. • Undertake other duties as requested by the line manager from time to time. • Undertake your work in a manner that is friendly, flexible and informal. Salary: The current salary scale for this full-time post is €28,670.00 per annum. 1% profit share pro-rata.
