Job Overview The Manufacturing, Science and Technology function is responsible for leading cross functional teams in identifying the root cause of out of specification results, investigating and resolving production issues to ensure product quality and process reliability, monitoring of process data to identify trends, execute process improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency and working in partnership with R&D to transfer and scale up new products into commercial manufacturing. The Senior Process Engineer role will involve working with key manufacturing principles such as continuous process improvement, problem solving, product responsibility as well as new product introduction (NPI). Monitor all process parameters impacting product quality in responsible suites. Work alongside R&D and Process Validations to identify Critical Process Parameters and develop trending of Critical Process Parameters for commercial manufacturing. Work in a continuous improvement capacity, always striving to better and standardise the process in the most effective way possible. You will be responsible for leading OOS investigations, determining root cause and implementing Corrective Actions to prevent reoccurrence. The role will require effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, manufacturing teams, quality teams, engineering teams, R&D and customers. Stores - Warehouse Assistant
We are looking for someone who has good all round experience in stores / parts including but not limited to 1. Manufacturing 2. Dealing with parts –high volume of different parts coming in and going out at the same time 3. Knowledge of the actual parts, so preferably someone form motor trade, manufacturing etc. that knows what the parts are axles, wheels, bolts etc. 4. Ability to drive fork truck to load and unload & organise paper work in timely manner around same 5. Ability to lift heavy items in line with best H&S guidelines 6. Be able to talk to the customer and to understand the technicalities of what part they are looking for and organise paper work / ship same. 7. Stock counting experience 8. Stock organisation skills - Leading to using software package to allocate and forecast future stock requirements 9. Proactive in organising the stores to be its most efficient in terms of assembly bay picking 10.General maintenance duties around the factory, fixing fans, doors, washing floors etc 11.Training will be provided
Packaging Visual Inspector, Level
Job Overview The successful candidate will be based within the Vial Inspection area of our Newry Facilities. This role involves inspecting injectable vials ranging from 10ml – 1 litre within a unique specialised environment. The successful candidate will operate within and adhere to GMP guidelines and standards while ensuring Health & Safety at all times. Our Inspection teams work to tight schedules, visually inspecting our product to ensure the highest standards of quality. Operatives also work with the AQL team to guarantee optimum standards are met. Although you are working as part of a team, you will be required to working individually at your own dedicated workstation. Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and be highly motivated to meet targets.
