The person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations and those of Regulated professional bodies across the BOCSI – West Region. Qualifications/Experience/Skills: Working Hours: 70 hours per fortnight rostered on a 5-day Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility in relation to your hours of work will be required in order to meet service needs. Contracted hours of work may change between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. over 7 days as future service needs require. Flexibility may be required in order to meet Service demands. Annual Leave: 26 days per annum. Remuneration: Department of Health Grade IV (Clerical) salary scale (01/03/2025) - €35,256 x 9 increments - €51,206 (Max) per annum. LSI 1 €52,768 per annum is payable after 3 years on the maximum of the scale. LSI 2 €54,370 per annum is payable after a further 3 years. Tenure: This post is permanent, full-time and pensionable. Compliance and Audit Officer 2 – Permanent Full Time Positions Horizons is looking to a recruit 2 enthusiastic and motivated Compliance and Audit Officer on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for leading out on Horizons’ internal HIQA Regulation 23 audit processes which will assist in ensuring the quality and safety of services for the people we support, and staff, and to continuously improve the quality of care we deliver. Remuneration: Salary scales are in line with the HSE Consolidated pay scales for Social Care Leader & Clinical Nurse Manager 2. Social Care Leader: €55,793 to €65,155, a 7 point pay scale. Clinical Nurse Manager 2: €60,854 to €76,897 an 11 point pay scale. * Requirements for all applicants: Not less than five years post registration experience to include a minimum of three years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care. An academic award in Quality, Safety, Risk Management or Clinical Governance in Social and Healthcare at level 8 (or higher) on the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) framework or equivalent or an academic award at a level 8 or higher and a willingness to undertake further relevant education and training.
