You will be responsible for helping to ensuring organisation wide compliance across a range of functions related to Councils statutory functions as appropriate. Your role will include providing administration and clerical support to officers by processing information and data, ensuring processes are followed, deadlines are met, drafting correspondence for managers, resolving issues, and managing relationships. Although initially allocated to one of the three functional areas the post holder will be expected to be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs and requirements of the organisation and duties and responsibilities may vary without changing the purpose of the job or level of responsibility.
