BAND: 4 JOB PURPOSE: To contribute, to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery by providing an inspection, servicing and repair service for Housing Executive vehicles and grounds maintenance equipment while upholding safety guidelines and complying with all applicable Codes and Regulations in line with our vision and values as outlined below. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Have successfully completed an apprenticeship in vehicle / plant maintenance (either time served or skills based). Heating / Mechanical Inspector

BAND: 5 JOB PURPOSE: The post holder with regard to Mechanical Inspection will provide an inspection service on all Natural Gas, Oil, planned and response maintenance contracts to ensure the NIHE that all installations, servicing, and maintenance has been carried out in accordance with the contract documentation and the Statutory Regulations, materials and workmanship. The post holder will inspect and measure works completed at various stages throughout construction including relevant certifications updating these on the NIHE computer database and maintain detailed records. The post holder will forward a report on their findings to the M&E Project Manager/Inspectorate Manager on a weekly basis. REQUIREMENTS: 1.
