Salary PO3 SCP 34-37, currently £45,091 - £48,226 per annum based on a 36 hour week (pro rata to hours worked), (plus 19% employer pension contribution).

InterTradeIreland is seeking to appoint a Director of Enterprise Development to join our Senior Leadership Team. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role you will be a key contributor to all decisions regarding the strategic direction of the organisation, providing input into our short-term and long-term future priorities and plans. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of the Corporate Strategy and annual Business Plans. You will lead on key strategic engagements as well as the development of all island strategic projects driving Enterprise Growth, Collaborative Innovation, All Island Clustering, Entrepreneurship and Investor Readiness. The Director of Enterprise Development will attend InterTradeIreland monthly Board meetings, Departmental Oversight & Liaison meetings and North South Ministerial Council meetings as required. The Director of Enterprise Development leads the Innovation and Entrepreneurship team, supported by two Assistant Directors and currently has overall responsibility for a team of 20 staff and a number of external specialist contractors.
