PERSON SPECIFICATION ESSENTIAL CRITERIA The successful candidate will have proven experience of brilliant execution of campaigns demonstrating how an idea was brought to life across multiple consumer touch points, including tv and digital/social channels, over time. They will hold a record of effective media planning across traditional and digital channels, demonstrating excellent relationship management of agencies and a range of external partners. They will have project managed campaigns including approvals and sign off from relevant departments. They will demonstrate the ability to help nurture great talent to reach their full potential and have experience of collaborating and working crossfunctionally with other teams and stakeholders.
