Schedule and coordinate team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Assist in drafting internal communications for process/tool changes or program updates. Support enablement efforts by preparing content such as FAQs, one-pagers, or internal guides for the sales team. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations. Proficient in Salesforce CRM; experience with reporting, dashboards, and data maintenance required. Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Comfortable working with data and performing light analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools.
