Assist in the execution of sales programs and initiatives including new process rollouts, training updates, or compensation adjustments. Maintain documentation related to workflows, systems, and key program changes. Project Management & Communication Help track and coordinate projects by maintaining timelines, task lists, and project plans under the direction of the Sales Ops Director. Schedule and coordinate team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Assist in drafting internal communications for process/tool changes or program updates. Support enablement efforts by preparing content such as FAQs, one-pagers, or internal guides for the sales team. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations. Proficient in Salesforce CRM; experience with reporting, dashboards, and data maintenance required. Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Calculate monthly commissions, manage incentive payout models, and provide finance with timely accruals and transaction-level reporting. Sales Analytics & Operational Support Lead account and territory management efforts — including the impact of account changes on quotas and performance baselines. Track and analyze KPIs to assess sales performance and incentive effectiveness. Respond to individual sales team commission inquiries with clear, timely information. Process & Program Development Develop and enforce standards of performance, rules of engagement, and account management best practices. Support the creation of global account programs and other scalable processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and momentum across the sales organization. Requirements: Proven experience in sales operations, finance, or compensation planning, preferably in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team and manage the day-to-day payroll operations for Ziff Davis employees in the EMEA region. The Payroll Coordinator will collaborate with and assist the EMEA Payroll manager in maintaining a seamless payroll function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Process and manage the payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. Collaborate with HR to update payroll information related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes. Prepare and submit reports related to payroll, taxes, deductions, and other financial obligations. Assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information. Manage and reconcile payroll-related accounts, ensuring accurate postings to financial systems. Coordinate with external payroll providers as necessary for specific regions and countries. Stay informed about changes in payroll-related legislation and compliance requirements. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in payroll coordination, payroll processing, or a similar role. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field experience in lieu of degree. Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations for the EMEA region. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Experience working with global payroll platforms. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
