Global Collections Analyst Intern (Summer 2026)
Role Description As an intern on the Dropbox Finance Team, you will support the Accounts Receivable teams end-to-end collections processes for Dropbox Business and Enterprise customers. This internship is designed for you to get hands-on, practical experience inside a world-class finance team. You will learn and execute collections activities for our global customer base while providing an exceptional level of customer service to keep our largest customers feeling great about Dropbox. Your day-to-day tasks include customer follow ups, customer query resolution, cash application, write off’s and bad debt analysis. You will be driven by delivering results and creating an impact, while also maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational excellence. You will be a key business partner and work closely with our Finance, Customer Experience and Sales teams. This role is available to students enrolled in a higher education organization in Ireland and have full work authorization. The dates of this internship are May - August or June - September 2026.
