International Payroll Analyst

We’re looking for an International Payroll Analyst to help deliver that experience across our EMEA and APAC entities while helping us scale and strengthen international payroll operations. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our international payroll operations, helping ensure employees across multiple countries are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with local requirements. But this role is about more than processing payroll — it’s about bringing rigor, partnership, and continuous improvement to a function that touches every employee, every month. You’ll work across a broad set of impact areas, including monthly payroll execution, payroll accounting, employee support, statutory reporting, audits, and process improvement. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to keep operations running smoothly, strengthen controls, and improve how international payroll is delivered at scale. Responsibilities Compensation Ireland Pay Range €61.600—€83.400 EUR The range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role, subject to change. Please note, OTE are for sales roles only.Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package.
