Customer Experience Champion

As a Branch Customer Experience Champion, you will work collaboratively with your team and Branch Lead to support the efficient delivery of business objectives and the day to day branch operations in a compliant manner. You will actively develop your skills through participation in our Collaborative Customer Conversations program whilst ensuring you meet the needs of our customers through promotion of our Omni-Channel approach. You will become familiar with the Banks Customer Segmentation Strategy and take part in `in branch and localised promotional activities within the territory to identify new business opportunities to increase new customer acquisition whilst maintaining positive relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities: Support in the day to day operation of customer service within the branch. Provide an excellent level of customer service and advise our customers throughout their product /financial needs journey, further improving the customer experience with both over the phone and face to face interactions. Take ownership and deal with customer queries in an effective, professional and compliant manner. Generate and execute sales from lead (where qualified to do so) to fulfilment in accordance with the Omni-Channel ethos and activity management system. Assist with sales campaigns including post sales fulfilment, administration and follow up tasks. Adopt a prompt and customer centred response to leads passed from Open24 to maximise new business opportunities from customer base. Requirements: QFA or APA in Loans and/or Savings & Investments, with up-to-date CPD hours for the relevant CPD years. If no APA held, or only one APA in Loans or S&I held, the candidate must commit to qualifying within a 2 year period to achieve APA in both Loans and S&I. If no APA held, the candidate must meet the minimum entry requirements of holding an Ordinary Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with a grade D3/O6/H6 at Ordinary or Higher Level in five Leaving Certificate subjects (including English and Maths), and/or 5+ years post Leaving Certificate experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience Have significant level of proven sales, customer service or clerical experience in a regulatory compliant environment (where MCC) Committed to and enjoys working in a sales environment This is a 12 month fixed contract position in Navan (onsite).

The vision of the service is to support people with intellectual disabilities to achieve a full and valued life in their community, in line with best practice both nationally and internationally. Working in partnership with each person supported by services, we aim to create opportunities for people supported by services to have ordinary life experiences and to be closely connected to family and friends. We are committed to supporting people to live a life of their choosing. Rindoon Service Adult Services provide a range of community-based services including day, residential, respite, community outreach, family support and a range of multidisciplinary support services. People are supported in day centres, supported employment, social and micro enterprises, training and education and these can be in groups or individualised. People are supported in residential settings in their own homes in the community individually and in groups. We wish to create opportunities for people who use our services to have valued social roles in their communities and to form friendships. We wish to recruit innovative, creative and motivated people who will relish the opportunity to assist in achieving this vision as part of a team. We are looking for people who will be flexible and adapt to the needs of particular individuals they support and are open to change. Location: Rindoon Adult Services (Athlone, Kilteevan, Roscommon Town Areas). Staff allocation could be either within residential/respite/day settings or in community services. The appointee will initially commence working in one particular area of the Rindoon services and this work location may change due to future service needs. The Role: Social Care Workers fulfil a key worker supportive and advocative role for adults supported by the service in all aspects of their lives, focusing on each individual’s ability and promoting independence and development of skills at all times. The Social Care Worker will assist people with the development of person-centred plans and critically, will support people to make informed choices and fulfil their potential. They will encourage participation in the community through inclusive and creative thinking, seek opportunities for new experiences and encourage positive risk taking in leading to informed choices. Reporting/Responsible to: Team Leader/Team Manager Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must hold the following qualifications: Working Hours: Up to 39 hours per week based on a 7 day/night duty roster. Locum staff are called for locum duty when the exigencies of the service so require e.g. to fill absences arising from sick leave, annual leave etc., and to cover any other emergencies that may arise. There are no minimum guaranteed hours associated with the position. All posts are based on a 14-day duty roster. The successful candidates may be required to work to accommodate an integrated day service, with weekend work, some split duty hours, public holidays, evening/night duty and sleep-ins to meet service needs. The Brothers of Charity Services model of service is based on Personal Outcome Measures quality and person centred planning system requiring employees to be flexible in their working hours to provide a quality service delivery for each person supported Annual Leave: 22 days per annum (pro-rata for part-time), i.e. 8.46 hours per 100 hours worked. Appropriate service related leave will be granted after 5 and 10 years’ service respectively. Remuneration: Department of Health Social Care Worker salary scale as at 01/08/2025 apply: €40,351 X 11 increments - €55,599 per annum (pro-rata for part-time). A long service increment €56,650 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) is payable after 3 years on the maximum of the scale. Additional payments will be made for weekends, public holidays and night duty when worked. Salary quoted is based on a 39 hour working week.
