We have an exciting opportunity for a 1-year fixed term contract, the Retail Outlets Assistant Manager will form part of the Retail Outlets Management team and will ensure the seamless operation of the Retail Outlets at Titanic Belfast. The role is responsible for the smooth running of the customer experience within our Retail Outlets in accordance with agreed company standards, in a professional and efficient manner. The main outlets this role will supervise will be the Titanic Store, Galley Café and Pantry Restaurant. They will assist in accomplishing department objectives by supervising staff; and organising and monitoring the work of the crew. Key priorities will be embracing the vision for Titanic Belfast, compliance with Health & Safety Regulations, financial and quality measures and ensure the highest standards of delivery and presentation of the product offering within the Retail Store and Food Outlets and of Crew at all times.
