Professionally Qualified Basic Grade Social Work Part Time, Fixed Term 12 month Contract Coolock Children’s Disability Network Team This is an exciting opportunity for a basic grade Social Worker to support children and their families, presenting with complex needs arising from a combination of intellectual, physical, and/or sensory disabilities. The Social Worker is a valuable member of the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT), will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The structure with in each CDNT comprises of a Social Work Team Leader, Senior Practitioner and Basic Grade posts. There will be opportunities for training and regular clinical supervision is provided. This temporary post is assigned to the Coolock Children’s Disability Network Team. Staff will see children in the Coolock CDNT offices in Coolock Primary Care Centre, Cromcastle Road. Children will also be seen at home and in preschool/school.
